The Life ADA project aims to achieve concrete objectives in terms of resilience to climate change in 3 agrifood chains: dairy (Parmigiano-Reggiano), wine production, and fruit and vegetables.<\/p>

The successful achievement of the project goals will be partly due to implementation of an innovative public-private partnership model between insurance, the public authorities (Regions), technical-scientific institutions, NGOs, agri-food cooperative representative bodies and professional agricultural organisations.<\/p>

The project was initiated on an experimental basis in Emilia-Romagna<\/strong>, replicated in Veneto<\/strong>, Tuscany<\/strong> and Lazio<\/strong> and then extended to the entire country, thereby increasing the number of farmers involved.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The project was launched in September 2020 and will end in December 2024, for a total duration of 52 months.<\/p>

The total budget<\/strong> allocated to Life ADA amounted to \u20ac 1,975,000, with \u20ac 1,084,004 of this funded by the European Commission.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
